Q: Who will be cleaning my house?

A: At Advance Cleaning Solution, each home is assigned a professional team with an experienced supervisor. Our supervisors work side-by-side with the other team members until quality checks are completed.

Q: Do I need to be home when you come?

A: No, most customers are not home when our professional team are there cleaning. To add security, the team supervisor receives the key that day for the job and the key is given back when we finish. We also cross code all keys and lock them up in our safe.

Q: How will our relationship work?

A: We believe that the only way to provide the best possible service (including cleaning service as well) is by building and maintaining trust, respect and good communication. Our team will earn it every time we enter your home.

Q: What time will you arrive at my house?

A: Normal weekly hours are 8am – 5pm, M-F. However, we make it a point to arrive at the time that was agreed to during the initial consultation.

Q: How do I pay for the service?

A: Most customers just leave a check on the counter but just make it payable to Account.

Q: What if something is damaged during the cleaning?

A: We make every effort to be careful with your belongings; however we are insured and bonded in the case of an accident.

Q: Do you offer carpet cleaning?

A: We do offer limited carpet cleaning. Ask our team supervisor at time of estimate.

Q: Am I liable for worker’s compensation, insurance or employment taxes?

A: We follow state and federal guidelines. We take care of all liability regarding work related injury, social security taxes for independent home-service workers. So there’s no need to worry, Advance Cleaning Solution is the Ultimate Cleaning Solution!

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: Since we do not ask you to sign a contract, you can cancel at any time. We welcome on open evaluation at all times.

Q: Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

A: Our team provides all cleaning supplies and equipment needed to perform the job. You can rest assured that all of the products we use will clean your home safely and efficiently.

Q: Do you have packages?

A: Yes, we offer a full deluxe package, a light cleaning package, as well as a package designed for our first time customers. We use a proven system to clean comprehensively, consistently and proficiently. Q: What makes you different than all of the others?

A: We have one of the highest quality standards in the business. Our team is trained extensively, until they master the skill necessary to provide the quality-cleaning we demand.

Q: How many people will be in my home?

A: Typically, there will be three people in your home – a team captain and two team members. On occasions, there may be two people or one person. If you do need emergency help on short notice, we may send three people to do the job. If your home is very small, two people will be able to complete the job both swiftly and systematically. We will make sure that you know how many people will be working in your home so that your privacy is not encroached upon.

Q: What are your rates?

A: The price to clean your home is based upon many factors, like size, frequency, and pets. These factors are taken into consideration to provide you the best possible price to meet your individual needs and budget.

Q: If I have a problem who do I call?

A: If you see a problem while the team is in your home, you can talk to the team supervisor, who will make immediate efforts to correct the problem. Or you can also contact us at the office, and we will work with the team to rectify the problem to your liking and thereby enforce our guarantee.

Q: I’m interested in working for you. How do I apply?

A: You should contact the office in your area to discuss the current employment opportunities that are available. Each office has different employment needs and the manager will be able to give you information on any pre-qualifications needed for employment, the application process, the benefits and the pay structure based on the position etc.
